The Santa Claus Parade in Brampton is a unique nighttime performance that starts at 5 p.m. and runs along main street. The evening scheduling of this event allows for the night sky to be lit up with Christmas lights from a variety of floats and displays. Over 40 floats participate, there are 15 bands and a variety of other entertainment. Over 150,000 people attend this annual event, which is free for all who wish to attend.
